Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition associated with the experience of non-inflammatory pain and tenderness in muscles, ligaments and joints. Patients of Fibromyalgia experience additional pain when pressure is applied to specific areas of your body, called tender points - Back of the head, between shoulder blades, top of shoulders, front sides of neck, upper chest, outer elbows, upper & sides of hips, inner knees etc.
