Ever since I had an appendicitis operation I’ve not been able to lose belly fat. I have always had a flat tummy, and now it has flab.
Removal of appendix does not lead to weight gain. You should start with revising your diet and physical activity as that might be the main reason for flabby stomach. Below are a few tips you should follow:
- Practice yoga. There are a few postures that could help you improve your condition. Consult an experienced yoga practitioner who can suggest the right postures.
