Dr. Saranya Sivaraj is a DHA-licensed Ayurveda Practitioner with over 9 years of experience. She completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Amrita School of Ayurveda, Kollam, Kerala. She has further completed her Post-graduation in Kaumarabhritya (Pediatrics) from Rajiv Gandhi University of health science, Bangalore.

Dr. Saranya believes that optimal health can be achieved when you balance your body, mind, and spirit. She focuses on incorporating Ayurveda therapeutics along with lifestyle and dietary advice. She specializes in providing detox therapies for chronic conditions followed by prevention and wellness programs. She analyzes the Dosha body constitution (Prakriti analysis) through Nadi pareeksha (pulse diagnosis) to provide customized Ayurvedic Therapeutics according to each individual.
